Pick Your Own

The fruit farm is situated on 120 acres, 45 of which are producing top quality fruit for our highly regarded Pick Your Own and Farm Shop as well as for the supermarket soft fruit industry.

On offer to pick or to buy ready-picked is an abundance of Strawberries, Raspberries, Redcurrants & Blackcurrants, Gooseberries, Cherries, Brambles, Pumpkins & Sunflowers too!

June: Wed to Sun 10am-4.30pm (PYO closes 3.45pm)
July - Aug: 7 days 10am-4.30pm (PYO closes 3.45pm)
Sept: Wed to Sun 10am-4.30pm (PYO closes 3.45pm)
October: Closed (see Pumpkin Patch)

No pre booking required to pick our fruit and sunflowers.

How does it work

1.

There is no charge and no booking required to come and pick fruit or sunflowers.
Please leave your dogs behind for this part as they aren’t good at carrying the containers.

2.

Head out to the outdoor kiosk to collect your picking container (or you are welcome to bring your own), then follow signage to picking sights. Cherries must be pre paid for before picking.

3.

Pick the desired amount of fruit or sunflowers then return to the kiosk and pay for what you have picked*

4.

Now you can eat your fruit and keep your sunflowers!

Fruit is priced by weight, flowers by the stem. Picking your own tends to be good value for money and is cheaper than the supermarket price points in most instances. If you don’t fancy picking it yourself, you can always buy our freshly picked fruit from our shop.
