Christmas Fayre Cairnie Fruit Farm

Every December Cairnie undergoes a complete transformation from a Strawberry Haven to a Christmas Wonderland when it re-opens for three weeks to host an increasingly popular Christmas Fayre (2010 dates to be decided).


The farm welcomes shoppers with complimentary mulled wine and delicious smells coming from the kitchen. All sorts of home-made baked goods are available in the tearoom or to purchase in the shop; ideal gifts or perfect for hassle free holiday entertaining! Made to order Christmas cakes & puddings, mince meat pies, shortbread and speciality Christmas biscuits are our speciality. The tearoom also features a hearty “winter warmer” lunch menu so you can have a bite to eat before or after you do some shopping!


The shopping consists of an array of potted Christmas trees, fresh wreaths, seasonal bulbs and decorative house plants as well as a large selection of unusual & charming rustic gifts and stocking fillers.


Every year we host a charity lunch during the Fayre. The first year featured a floral arranging demonstration and the second year featured a cookery/tasting demonstration. These afternoons have sold out and proven a great success, all proceeds going to the charity, so keep your eyes peeled for the 2008 date to support a good cause!
